The South Area Venture Section is pleased to bring you the South Area Venturing Foundations Course on 5 March 2022. As part of the Venture Award requirements, all Venture Scouts are required to attend a Venturing Foundations Course (VFC). This course facilitates the acquisition of foundational skills to embark on the Venture Programme and facilitate their learning in acquiring the skills for 21CC leadership.
The Venturing Foundations Course will be conducted in three stages: workshop, proposal submission, and execution of the proposal at unit level.
Details of the Venturing Foundations Course Workshop 2022 are as follows:

| Time: | 9am – 5pm (with a lunch break from 12pm – 1pm |
| Venue: | Zoom* (The link will be sent to the Venture Scouts a week before the course starts) |
| Registration: | Please register through the MSDS portal via the link: http://intranet.scout.sg |
| Venture Scouts are also required to fill in the following Google form: Registration for Venture Scouts | |
| Attire: | Unit T-shirt with National Scarf |
| Vacancies: | 80 Pax, priority will be given to Venture Scouts from South Area units |
| Course Fee: | S$2.00 subject to GST |
| Closing Date: | Friday, 25 February 2022, 1700hrs |
*NOTE: All participants will need to have Zoom installed prior to the start of the course. A link to the Zoom call will be provided to the participant’s email closer to the date.
